With a background in organizational psychology, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies to design training programs that elevate managerial skills and team performance. His approach blends academic rigor with real-world application, ensuring every course is impactful and actionable. Andrew leads our curriculum team with a focus on innovation, diversity, and measurable outcomes.
Prior to joining the company, Andrew was a senior consultant at a global HR firm, where he advised executive teams on leadership pipelines. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is a certified executive coach. Andrew is passionate about lifelong learning and believes that great leadership starts with self-awareness and intentional growth.
